Return Period and Restocking Fee

All returns must be made within 30 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Requirements

We require at least 3 cartons of unopened flooring in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Assembled cabinets, clearance, discontinued, and special order items cannot be returned or refunded.

Vinyl Product Warranty Limitation

Vinyl product warranty does not cover shrinkage from any cause.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return freight.
